*Product Delivery, Return, Exchange and Refund Policies
Delivery: After purchase confirmation, the product delivery time may vary depending on the address/region provided in the customer's registration, since we use different third-party services for delivery. In general, shipping takes between 5 and 10 business days. We recommend that the customer checks the status of their order. If delivery is not completed within the deadline, there will be two subsequent attempts. If all attempts fail, the product will be returned to the store.
Return: The customer will have the right to regret and cancel the purchase up to 7 days after the product delivery date, with the right to a full refund of the amount already paid. For returns, the product cannot be used, damaged or possibly without its respective original accessories and/or store identification label. The return of the product must be informed and formalized via email (contato@nataliarios.com.br).
Exchange: The customer may exchange the purchased product up to 30 days after the delivery date to their address. To exchange the product, it must not be used, damaged or missing its original accessories and/or store identification tag. The customer may exchange the product for another of equal or greater value - in the latter case, by paying the difference in the final price. The exchange of the product must be informed and formalized via email (contato@nataliarios.com.br).
Refund: In the case of purchases made with a credit card, according to the refund conditions, the cancellation of the amount paid will be requested from the card administrator and the refund must occur within 2 (two) invoices following the order. In the case of purchases made with Pix, the refund will be made within 5 business days to the checking account informed by the purchaser.

Delivery: The services available for purchase (embroidery courses) will be delivered in person, only and exclusively at the location of the Atelier & Escola de Bordados de Arte Natalia Rios (Rua Ruy Godoy Costa 38 - Vila Olímpia - São Paulo/SP), with a pre-defined period and number of classes, as informed on the website.
Exchange: The exchange of a service (embroidery courses) for another, of equal or greater value, will only be allowed if the client/student has not taken the first class of the purchased course. After the first class and/or beginning of the course, no exchange will be possible. The exchange of the service must be informed and formalized via email (contato@nataliarios.com.br).
Cancellation: Cancellation of a service (embroidery courses) is possible in the following cases, under the appropriate conditions: 1) if the customer/student has not completed the first class of the purchased course, he/she will be entitled to a full refund (100%) of the amount paid for the course; 2) if the customer/student has completed up to 50% of the classes of the purchased course, he/she must pay 50% of the total cost of the course, plus 10% of the total cost of the course for each class already completed; 3) if the customer/student has completed 50% or more of the classes of the purchased course, he/she must pay the full cost of the course. Cancellation of the service must be informed and formalized via email (contato@nataliarios.com.br).
