The time for receiving the product may vary according to the delivery address / region defined by the customer, since we use different third-party services for delivery. In general, shipping takes between 5 and 10 business days in brazilian soile. We recommend that the customer check the status of his order. If delivery is not completed, there will be two attempts in a row. In case of failure in all attempts, the product will return to the store / seller. The customer will have the right to regret and withdraw from the purchase up to 7 days after the date of delivery of the product, with the right to a refund of the full amount already paid. The amount will be returned within 5 business days to the same credit card or banking account. The customer can exchange the purchased product up to 30 days after the delivery date, as long as the product is not used, damaged or possibly without its accessories and / or identification tag.
